Dun Laoghaire School of Music

About Dun Laoghaire School of Music

Dun Laoghaire School of Music offers tuition in most instruments as well as music theory and voice, taught by experienced teachers to students of all ages and levels. Lessons can be taken individually or in a group, and the school covers a wide range of styles, from classical and jazz to popular and traditional music.

For younger children, the school runs The Children's World of Music, a special awareness class aimed at 3 to 7 year olds that introduces music through play rather than formal instrument tuition. It's designed as an accessible starting point before children move on to lessons on a specific instrument.
