About Barretstown Winter Wonderland

Barretstown Castle hosts a festive family day with a free Christmas market, festive entertainment and family activities, plus a ticketed visit to Santa’s Grotto -- every attendee gets a hot chocolate and a festive treat, with a present for every child. A sensory-friendly Santa session (lower sound and lighting, managed crowd sizes, 18 slots per day) runs at the same price.

Runs Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026, 10am-5pm. The Christmas market and other Winter Wonderland activities are free; only Santa’s Grotto needs a ticket.
