About Balbriggan - Lego-Based Therapy Groups

Lego-Based Therapy Groups run at Balbriggan Clubs Community Centre, Co. Dublin, for neurodiverse children aged 6-12, including children on the autism spectrum or navigating ADHD, anxiety or communication difficulties. Sessions use LEGO-based play to build social and communication skills in a structured, supportive way.

Groups are facilitated by a Psychologist/Play Therapist and a CBT Psychotherapist, focusing on teamwork, turn-taking, listening and confidence-building through play. Group sizes are kept small, at 8-10 children, with a flexible two-session trial available before committing further.

Pricing is €50 per session, with an early-bird rate of €45 and health insurance options available for some families. Contact 089 433 7899 or brickbuddieslego@gmail.com for availability.
