Balance Ireland, based at Cross Guns Business Park on Royal Canal Bank in Phibsborough, Co. Dublin, teaches Aikido - a dynamic martial art combining practical self-defence with a focus on confidence and agility. Classes are aimed at children aged 7 to 15 and cover fitness, flexibility, coordination and anti-bullying skills in a supportive environment.

Classes are led by highly qualified, Garda-vetted instructors with over 20 years of experience, and follow national child protection guidelines. Sessions run in line with the school term, pausing for holidays and midterm breaks - wear tracksuit pants and a t-shirt for your first class.
