Baby Massage With Laura

About Baby Massage With Laura

This baby massage class is run by a PICU/NICU nurse across two Navan-area locations: Wilkinstown Community Centre on Monday mornings and Red River Yoga Studio in Navan on Wednesdays, both from 10am. It's open to all babies aged 0-12 months, including those with additional or complex needs, with space for equipment like ventilators, suction machines or feeding pumps, and techniques adapted for stoma bags or feeding tubes.

A five-week block costs €120, with each session ending in tea, coffee and a treat so parents can chat and get to know each other. One-to-one classes are also available for those who prefer individual sessions.

Times and locations are occasionally updated on social media, so check before a first visit.
