About Athlone Mum and Baby Group

Also known as Baby Café, this Athlone group gives new mums a relaxed setting to meet others at the same stage, swap stories about early parenthood, and let babies get plenty of tummy time on the mat. It's suitable for babies up to one year old.

Sessions run every second Monday during term time, 11am to 12.15pm, at St Kiernan's Community Centre on Tormey Villas, Athlone. It's free to attend, though it's worth checking the group's social media for any date changes. The group also runs occasional affordable Baby Massage classes - keep an eye on their page to catch the next one.
