Terra Nova Art Therapy offers gentle art therapy sessions for all ages from its base at FBD House on Mardyke Street, Co. Westmeath, using creativity as a tool to support emotional and mental wellbeing. Areas of support include low mood, stress and anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

Sessions can also focus on more everyday concerns such as improving sleep and daily balance, strengthening relationships and parenting, or restoring work-life balance during a busy period. The therapeutic approach uses art-making rather than talk alone, which can suit people - including children - who find it easier to process feelings creatively than verbally.
