Our Soft Play & GymTots group is a relaxed, play-based session designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers to explore movement in a safe, welcoming environment. Children can enjoy soft mats, tunnels, balance beams, obstacle courses, and music while developing coordination, confidence, and social skills. This is a completely child-led, open-play class, perfect for busy little explorers and a lovely opportunity for caregivers to connect, chat, and enjoy time with their little ones. The session is structured enough to feel supported, yet flexible enough to allow each child to play at their own pace. All equipment is provided. Kids should wear soft-play-friendly clothing (socks, leggings, t-shirts, tracksuits) and bring a drink of water. This group welcomes all caregivers, including mums, dads, grandparents, guardians and childminders, and siblings within the 0-5 age range are also welcome. A caregiver must be on-site for the full duration of the session, to ensure safety, comfort, and shared fun between you and your little one - fully qualified coaches will also be on hand to assist.
