Navan Adventure Centre's Halloween Pumpkin and Fun Festival takes over Navan Racecourse for three days, with 12 to 13 activities included in the ticket and a pumpkin for every child. It's aimed mostly at ages 3 to 12, who come with a parent. It runs from 24 to 26 October 2026, 11:00 to 17:00, with a sensory session on 24 October from 10:30 to 11:00 (quiet space, sensory map and social stories). Púca is a four-night Samhain festival in Trim and Athboy, Co. Meath. Much of it is for adults, but the family strand includes the Harvest Market, the Sorcas na Samhna circus and a circus workshop, the Beyond the Veil trail for older children, and the Púca procession. It runs from 29 October to 1 November 2026, with the procession on 30 October. The procession, the lighting of the Samhain fire and the projections on Trim Castle cost nothing to attend; other events are ticketed through the festival website.
