About ZenDen

ZenDen offers small-group sessions for children aged 1 to 3 that combine play with simple mindfulness practices, aiming to support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development through collaborative, secure group play. Small class sizes are designed to help children feel supported and build real relationships with the group's facilitators and their peers.

Classes run weekly for 45 minutes at Temple Road, Dublin 6, with children attending alongside a parent or caregiver. A seven-week term is priced at €150.
