About Tuam RFC - Tuam Tigers Mini Rugby
Tuam Tigers Mini Rugby, run by Tuam RFC, offers rugby coaching for children aged 5 to 12 at Garraun Park, with sessions on Friday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
The programme runs from September through to April, covering the main club rugby season rather than continuing through the summer months.
Mini rugby is typically played with reduced or no contact and focuses on ball skills, movement and teamwork, giving young players across this wide 5-12 age range a safe, structured introduction to the sport.
