About Studio Galera - BJJ & Gymnastics, Bandon
Studio Galera in Bandon, West Cork offers both kids gymnastics and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for children aged 4 to 13, giving families a choice of two very different disciplines under one roof. Gymnastics builds flexibility, balance and body awareness, while BJJ develops grappling technique, discipline and confidence.
Classes are led by Head Coach Galera, giving young students access to focused, experienced instruction in both areas as they progress through the age groups.
