About Santa’s Magical Market – The Big Freeze at Marina Market

Marina Market in Cork’s docklands turns into a snow-dusted, Scandinavian-style winter wonderland for The Big Freeze: a Frozen Forest and Ice Cave under a light show, a Snowy Valley with an animatronic polar bear, a snow village, and a North Pole Outpost for posting letters to Santa. The visit to Santa in his log cabin is the highlight, with professional photos, snow globes and keepsakes available. The event is fully accessible, dog-friendly (Santa Paws greets dogs in the snow village) and offers sensory-friendly hours.

It runs from 22 November to 23 December 2026.
