About Portal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ballina
Portal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Ballina runs a Kids Jiu Jitsu programme spanning ages 3 to 14, organised into four separate age groups so that classes match children's size, strength and maturity level.
Within each age band, children can move from a Beginner track through to an Advanced track as their technique and mat experience grow, giving a clear sense of progression over time.
A free trial class is available, making it straightforward for parents to bring their child along and see how BJJ suits them before committing to regular sessions.
