Ninja Fitness Ireland runs gymnastics and ninja-training classes at Scoil Uí Riada in Kilcock, Co. Kildare, catering for a wide age range from 3 up to 15.

The programme is split into Mini Ninja Training for younger children and Super Ninja Training for older ones, blending gymnastics fundamentals with the obstacle-course-style movements popularised by ninja warrior-type training. Sessions run on Mondays and Thursdays during term.

Outside term time, Easter and summer camps extend the same style of training into the school holidays, giving kids an active option when regular classes aren't running.
