About Mullingar Mum and Baby Group
Mullingar Mum and Baby Group, also known as Baby Café, is a drop-in group for new mums with babies up to around 10 months old, held at the Community Games Hall beside the Town Band Hall in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. It's a chance to meet other new mums, swap stories about early parenthood, and let baby enjoy some tummy time on the mat.
Sessions run every Wednesday from 11am-12.15pm during school term time and are free to attend, though it's worth checking the group's Facebook page as dates can change. The group also runs baby massage classes from time to time at an affordable rate - keep an eye on social media to sign up.
