About Muckross Park Gymnastics

Muckross Park Gymnastics, based at Sandyford Business Park in Dublin 18, offers a range of gymnastics classes spanning Preschool Gymnastics right through to Adult Gym Classes. Most gymnasts attend a one-hour class each week, giving a steady, manageable weekly commitment for busy families.

Preschool Gymnastics sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at SportsCo, giving younger children a dedicated, age-appropriate introduction to the sport before they progress into the general programme.

Gymnastics at this age helps build strength, balance and coordination in a structured but playful setting, skills that carry over into many other sports and activities.
