About MeMamí

MeMamí runs family-friendly yoga classes in West Cork, based in Derrigra, Co. Cork, designed for parents and grandparents to practise yoga together with their little ones rather than finding separate childcare. As a newer yoga collective in the area, it's aimed at bringing different generations together through a shared practice.

Classes combine stretching and movement with time spent alongside your child on the mat, giving busy parents and grandparents a way to look after their own fitness and wellbeing without leaving little ones at home. It suits families looking for a relaxed, connective activity to fit into a hectic week in the West Cork area.
