About Legacy Martial Arts of Westport

Legacy Martial Arts of Westport runs age-graded martial arts classes for children aged 3 to 12. The youngest group, Little Leopards, caters to ages 3 to 6 with a gentler introduction to movement, listening skills and basic martial arts concepts.

Older children aged 7 to 12 can choose between Kempo 1, a striking-based class, or Kids Grappling, which focuses on ground-based technique. A free introductory session lets families try a class before enrolling.
