Koala Cuddle Baby Massage

About Koala Cuddle Baby Massage

Koala Cuddle Baby Massage offers a gentle, hands-on way for parents to bond with babies aged from around 3 weeks up to pre-crawling age. Led by a certified infant massage instructor who is also an OT-approved Tummy Time practitioner, nurse and mother of three, sessions teach a full head-to-toe massage routine that can help ease colic, wind, constipation and teething, while supporting sleep and attachment.

Classes run on Tuesday mornings at The Park Community Centre in Ballycragh, Dublin 24, over a five-week term priced at €140, with each weekly session lasting between one and one and a half hours. Alongside the practical massage skills, parents get the chance to relax with a cup of tea and connect with other new mums and dads going through the same early months.
