Kilkenny Gymnastics Academy offers a broad range of gymnastics programmes, starting with Mini Gym for children aged 3.5 to 5 and progressing through recreational and competitive streams as children get older.

Beyond core gymnastics, the academy also runs trampolining classes and GymABLE, a disability-inclusive programme designed to make gymnastics accessible to a wider range of children.

Having this range under one roof means children can move between streams — recreational, competitive, trampolining or GymABLE — as their interests and abilities develop, without having to change club.
