About Kids Connect Sligo

Combining mindfulness, arts and crafts, Lego and children's yoga, Kids Connect Sligo runs one-hour classes for ages 4 to 15 across 6-week terms (€75). Each session finishes with mindfulness colouring, Lego play, a story from Louise Shannaher and the group's closing 'Peace Begins with Me' song.

Earlier in the class, children work through an obstacle course for gross motor skills and balance, share a 'best bit of the week' to build gratitude, and practise three yoga poses along with pranayama breathing games using feathers, bubbles, a light ball and straws - plus dance, move and freeze songs from Kidding Around Yoga.
