About JS BJJ Cavan (Ballyjamesduff)

JS BJJ in Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, runs Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children split by age: Kids 1 for ages 6 to 8 from 4 to 4:45pm, and Kids 2 for ages 9 to 11 from 5 to 5:45pm, with a separate Teens class also available. Splitting younger children into two distinct groups keeps instruction and pacing appropriate for each age band.

Parents are required to be present for drop-off and pickup, so this isn't a drop-and-go class — a detail worth noting for families planning around the short 45-minute sessions.
