Jiving Babies & Mums in Bohola, Co. Mayo, combines light exercise for parents with playful dance for babies up to about a year old.

Mums get their own line dancing and jiving session, while babies join in with dance, music and even the odd cowboy hat, making for a fun mix of bonding, movement and a bit of 'me time'.

Sessions can be booked pay-as-you-go for €18, or as a four-week course for €60.
