About Instituto Cervantes

Instituto Cervantes Dublin, based at Lincoln House on Lincoln Place, runs Spanish language courses for children and teenagers. Classes are taught by native Spanish-speaking teachers using dynamic, communicative methods aimed at keeping younger learners engaged rather than relying on rote grammar drills.

Beyond the language itself, the wider benefits are worth noting for parents weighing up options — Spanish is one of the most widely used languages in international business, so early exposure can be useful long-term as well as fun. Students also get access to the Institute's library and a programme of cultural activities that reinforce what's learned in class.
