Glasnevin FC (The Diggers)

About Glasnevin FC (The Diggers)

Glasnevin FC, known locally as The Diggers, runs football for children right from Kindergarten age through to U16, based at Albert College Park on Ballymun Road in Glasnevin, Dublin 9.

The pathway starts with Kindergarten for U4/5s, moves into an Academy programme for U6/7s focused on basic ball skills and enjoyment, and continues into Schoolboys and Schoolgirls teams from U8 up to U16 as children take on more structured, competitive football.

Having every age group under one club at the same park makes it easy for families to stay involved for years, with children progressing through the ranks alongside the same group of teammates.
