About Gentle Hands Baby Massage
Gentle Hands Baby Massage runs a five-week course in Holywell, Swords, teaching parents gentle, rhythmic massage strokes for their babies. Beyond the immediate bonding benefit, baby massage is often associated with helping relaxation, digestion and sleep for both baby and parent.
The Swords term starts on Tuesday 2nd September, running 10-11.30am, and costs €120 for the full five weeks. A sister course also runs in Howth on Thursdays, for families who find that location more convenient.
Many health insurance policies will refund up to €100 of the course fee depending on the level of cover, so it's worth checking your policy before booking.
