In Limerick, Flying High Fitness holds a parent-and-toddler aerial fitness class on Tuesdays at 10am, for children aged 0 to 3 with a parent or caregiver. Sessions introduce little ones to aerial hammocks in a playful, low-pressure way, with stories and songs for babies and gentle hammock relaxation built in.
