About Ennis Gymnastics Club - Under 6s Programme
Ennis Gymnastics Club's Under 6s Programme offers drop-and-go gymnastics classes for the youngest members, split into Preschool (ages 3-4) and Mini Juniors (ages 5-6).
At this age, gymnastics focuses on fundamental movement skills — balance, coordination, spatial awareness — delivered through games and simple apparatus work rather than formal routines.
The drop-and-go format means parents don't need to stay for the class, making it a straightforward addition to a young child's weekly routine.
