About Elaines Gift of Touch

Elaine's Gift of Touch offers a range of nurturing support for families in Co. Mayo, from pregnancy massage and infant massage classes to parent-and-child massage sessions and postpartum doula care.

Infant massage classes (€140) are open to mums, dads or other caregivers who stay for the full session with their baby, while parent-child massage classes (€100) run for ages 2-3 and 4-12 through the Massage in Schools Programme. Mum's Haven support circles offer a gentle space for expectant and new mothers to rest and connect.

Session times and locations are shared when booking. Children should wear comfortable clothing, and a small blanket or mat is useful for baby massage sessions - oil and guidance are provided.
