At its Castletroy Park Business Centre base, Down Syndrome Limerick runs a monthly Parent & Toddler Group for under-5s, occasionally featuring extras such as music therapy, in a free, welcoming setting for families in the Castletroy area of Limerick. A small fee may apply for some add-on activities, and since the schedule can shift from month to month, contacting the centre ahead of a visit is recommended.
The same Castletroy premises also hosts a weekly youth club for 12-18 year olds on Monday evenings, while the organisation separately runs baby massage classes nearby and a Saturday swimming session at Bawnmore pool.
