About Down Syndrome Limerick - Parent and Toddler Group
Down Syndrome Limerick hires the swimming pool at Bawnmore every Saturday from 11am to 12pm, giving children and adults with Down syndrome a dedicated hour in the water with a swim coach on hand to help build confidence and encourage the whole family to join in. A small per-family fee applies, and places should be booked in advance through the organisation.
This session sits alongside a broader programme run by Down Syndrome Limerick, including a monthly toddler group and baby massage classes based at Castletroy, and a weekly youth club for 12-18 year olds.
