About Cork Judo Club
Cork Judo Club runs judo sessions for all ages at Cobh Great Island Community Centre, with a dedicated kids class for 5 to 16 year olds every Thursday from 6pm to 7pm.
Judo builds balance, discipline and physical confidence through structured throws, grappling and falling technique, taught in a club setting that also welcomes adult members.
