Bumps & Bainne Baby Massage Classes

About Bumps & Bainne Baby Massage Classes

Led by Aoife, this baby massage course helps parents bond with their baby while learning a full massage routine to support relaxation, sleep, digestion and communication, along with techniques for easing wind and constipation. Classes are baby-led and unhurried, with plenty of allowance for feeding, cuddles and nappy changes as needed.

Suitable for babies from around 6 weeks old until they become mobile, sessions run Thursdays from 10 to 10.45am at Redeemer Family Resource Centre, Dundalk, County Louth, over a five-week course priced at €100 (plus a €2.50 booking fee). One caregiver attends per baby and stays for the full session.

Bring a towel or blanket, feeding supplies, nappies, wipes and a change of clothes for baby; massage oil is provided, and comfortable, easy-to-remove clothing is best.
