Bar Monkey Calisthenics - Gorey

About Bar Monkey Calisthenics - Gorey

Bar Monkey Calisthenics, based at Ballyloughan Business Park on the Arklow Road in Gorey, runs age-graded calisthenics programmes spanning from 4-6 year olds right through to 14-16 year olds.

Alongside the standard age-group classes, dedicated statics and strength courses are available for children wanting to focus more specifically on bodyweight strength skills.

Calisthenics builds functional strength and body control using just bodyweight movement, an approach that scales naturally across this wide age range as children get stronger and more coordinated.
