BabyGrá - Baby Massage & Yoga Cork

About BabyGrá - Baby Massage & Yoga Cork

BabyGrá runs a five-week Baby Massage course for babies up to around a year old at Croí Wellness Studio in Blackpool, Cork, priced at €125.

Each course is built around slowing down and connecting with your baby: you'll learn gentle massage techniques that can help with sleep, ease tummy discomfort and colic, and strengthen bonding through touch. Materials are provided, including organic baby massage oil, a parent's manual covering all the strokes and routines, and mats and a comfortable setup for the session itself.

It's a calm, guided introduction to infant massage rather than a drop-in class, so booking ahead for the next course is recommended.
