About Baby & Toddler Group/Swimming Group
ARD Family Resource Centre runs parent-and-baby groups from its base at the CUMASÚ Centre on Doughiska Road, Galway (H91 DKF7), serving families in Ardaun, Roscam and Doughiska. The Wednesday drop-in (10am–12pm, term time, €3 per child) is an informal playgroup for babies through preschoolers, with tea and coffee for parents while the kids play.
The centre also hosts Buggy Buddies on Mondays (€10 for 6 weeks) and Mother and Baby Yoga on Fridays (€5 per session). ARD additionally runs a Tuesday group at Briar Hill Shopping Centre and Little Swimmers at the Clayton Hotel on Thursdays. Groups follow the school term, so check social media before holidays.
