Baby Health offers baby massage classes taught by an internationally certified instructor, available in person in Dublin or online, with sessions run in English, Spanish or Italian. Each session lasts an hour, and all parents and caregivers are welcome to attend with their baby.

Baby massage supports both physical and emotional development: it can soothe teething pain, encourage better sleep, ease digestion and colic, and help build muscle strength and flexibility, while also strengthening the bond between parent and baby. Pricing runs from €130 to €150 depending on the course chosen, with the option of joining in person or online depending on what suits the family best.
