About Ardfert Parent and Toddler Group - Ardfert Community Centre -

Ardfert Parent and Toddler Group meets at Ardfert Community Centre, Co. Kerry every Wednesday from 9 to 11am, giving children from newborn to four years a safe space to run around and play while parents catch up over tea and coffee. A small €2 donation per visit goes towards outings during the year, which have included trips to Pirate Pete's, swimming at Banna Beach Hotel and Crazy Caves in Castleisland.

The group also welcomes regular visits from the local public health nurse, plus occasional visits from a physiotherapist and a parenting expert. Sessions help children build social skills and emotional confidence at their own pace through role-play and imaginative play, while giving parents a chance to share experiences from weaning through to potty training.
