About Archaeology Camps – Booking Now

Rivertown Hall at Maynooth University hosts an Archaeology Camp for 7-12 year olds, offering a university-campus setting for a week of hands-on history.

Campers explore the past through practical activities such as simulated digs, artefact handling and storytelling, aimed at curious children who enjoy investigating and problem-solving rather than a purely sports-based camp.

Sessions run year-round, so the Maynooth camp is one of several dates available to families in Co. Kildare and the wider commuter belt.
