ZenDen combines the power of play and mindfulness to enable each child enrich their psyche and reach their individual best. ZenDen believes through the power of collaborative play children develop their social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills. Small classes will ensure your children feel secure, supported and build meaningful relationships with us and the other children. Classes are run on a weekly basis for 45 minutes. Children attend with an adult.
