Your 4th Trimester

Life with a new baby can feel overwhelming, even when everything is 'going well'. This 6-week 4th trimester course is designed to support you through those early weeks with your baby, gently combining baby massage & yoga, feeding & newborn care support, babywearing guidance, postnatal recovery and nutrition, and a calm space to ask questions and feel supported. You'll leave each class feeling more confident, more connected, and less alone. Location: The Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick.
