Let your child discover the joy of yoga. These classes can improve flexibility, balance, focus and coordination in a playful and supportive environment. A four-week block: Saturdays 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st May. Price: €50. 9-9.45am, ages 3-6 (fully booked). 10-10.45am, ages 3-6 (fully booked). 11-11.45am, ages 7-12 (4 spaces available). At the beautiful Mind & Body House, Abbeyleix, Co. Laois. Expect fun yoga poses to promote strength and balance, mindful breathing techniques to help feel calm, and ways to connect with body and feelings. Children need to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water - that's it. Parents don't need to stay, so go enjoy a nice coffee in the wonderful local bakery.
