The Yoga Fairy

Join me for a special preschool yoga adventure filled with love, friendship and fairy magic. Our Valentine's Day-themed class is designed for little yogis aged 3-4 to celebrate kindness, sharing and self-love. Children will enjoy playful poses, heartwarming stories and gentle breathing exercises that promote mindfulness and joy - perfect for little hearts full of love and imagination. This is a drop-and-go event. Children should wear comfortable clothing and just need to bring a bottle of water. Location: The Mind & Body House, Abbeyleix, Co. Laois, on Saturday 14th February, 10-11am.
