Stretch n Grow Parent & Me Fun Fitness

Our Parent and Me Fun Fitness classes take place every Saturday morning at 9.15am in Kilternan Parish Centre, suitable for all little ones once they are walking. These fun Fitness Stars classes are non-stop, action-packed fun. We use props, music, imagination, obstacle courses, games and parachute fun to get little hearts and lungs pumping while strengthening muscles and improving flexibility. We hope to further develop motor skills through instruction, practice and fun.
