Mother, Baby & Toddler Group in Limerick is hosted by ADAPT Domestic Abuse Services - a weekly group for mothers and their toddlers, and a place for mums to meet other mums in similar situations, along with their children. Staff provide play activities, discussion, reassurance and helpful tips. The service also offers one-to-one sessions for children aged 5 years upwards, to explore their feelings around their experiences of domestic abuse and control in the family home. If you are experiencing domestic abuse, please reach out to the centre for advice and support. Location: ADAPT House, Rossbrien, Limerick. Cost: free. Contact: ccp2@adaptservices.ie
