Portarlington- Baby Group / Kids Book Clubs / Lego Group

Portarlington Library offers great groups for babies and kids, all for free. The groups listed below are regular events, but the library runs many pop-up classes/workshops throughout the year (especially around school holidays), so sign up to their newsletter to stay up to date. Baby and Toddler Book Club is for 0-3 year olds and their parents/carers - a great place to read, sing and play with the little ones. Places are limited, so call or email the library for more details. Time: every Wednesday, 10.30-11.30am (confirm with the library, as dates may change around school holidays). Junior Book Club is suitable for ages 9-12 - places are limited, so call or email the library for more details. Time: last Wednesday of the month. Lego Free Play: no need to book, just drop in to meet and create together. Time: every Saturday morning at 10.30am. Note: all the libraries in Laois share the same social media account.
