Mountmellick - Toddler Group / Kids Book Clubs / Lego Group

Mountmellick Library offers families baby and kids groups for free. The groups listed below are regular events, but the library runs many pop-up classes/workshops throughout the year, so sign up to their newsletter to stay up to date. Location: Mountmellick Library, O'Moore St, Townparks, Mountmellick, Co. Laois. Cost: free. Contact: mountmellicklibrary@laoiscoco.ie / 057 8689382. Baby and Toddler Book Club is for 0-3 year olds and their parents/carers - a great place to read, sing and play with the little ones. Time: every Thursday, 10.30-11.30am (confirm with the library, as dates may change around school holidays). Junior Book Clubs: for ages 4-6, usually 2nd Tuesday of the month at 3.30pm; for ages 7-9, usually 1st Tuesday of the month at 3.30pm; for ages 10-12, usually 1st Tuesday of the month at 4pm. Lego Free Play: no need to book, just drop in to meet and create together. Time: Saturday mornings, 10.30am-12.30pm. Note: all the libraries in Laois share the same social media account.
