A safe group for mothers to learn more about wellbeing for mothers and babies. Baby massage is more than just touch - it's bonding, confidence, connection, and community. Come join us for gentle moments with your baby and a supportive space for you. Led by an Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM), Mother and Baby Wellbeing Facilitator, and Kids Yoga Instructor. Locations: Forrest Hall, Mitchelstown; Ganapati School of Yoga, Mallow; Gealach Grá Yoga Studio Chair; and Fermoy Community Youth Centre.
