Koala Cuddle Baby Massage

Baby massage is a gorgeous time to spend some relaxed 1:1 bonding time with your baby. Learn how to massage your baby from head to toe and gain all the benefits: relief from colic, constipation, wind and teething, and support for sleep and bonding. Enjoy a hot cuppa with other mums and share tips, tricks and the ups and downs of parenthood, with a certified infant massage instructor, OT-approved Tummy Time practitioner, nurse and mum of 3. Classes take place at The Park Community Centre, Ballycragh, D24, on Tuesday mornings. Each term runs for 5 weeks, lasting 1-1.5 hours each week. Classes are open for mums or dads to attend with their baby, aged 3 weeks to pre-crawling.
